which would you rather see in the world tour finals championship match? I am intrigued by both. I will also admit I don't really have an idea of whether fed vs nadal has to happen during semi-final instead so enlighten me plz if I am wrong about a possible final. I think if they both win their groups they wouldn't play until the final right? If each won the semi.
Nadal is playing exceptionally well all of a sudden (I realize it's been a process but I saw him not lose his way to the final in Switzerland but he is killing it right now). He claims he likes the fast court right now, which is a bit funny b/c players have been saying this court plays super slow. I would much rather see him vs fed in a final just because we will likely see more of fed vs djoker but fed vs nadal might be ending this year...and the matchup when both are playing well is more intriguing to me.
Djoker was such a clever jerk in his interview by saying he handed it to federer. He got outclassed and looked slow and confused tactically on the court imho, but that little dog was a stroke of genius cuz fed is PISSED. Exactly like something federer does all the time when he needs an edge in a match...plays mind games. The only reason I would rather see djoker vs fed is because I can't wait to see the handshake at the end. After their first match at the wtf it was predictably cold from fed and smiley from djoker. The mind games are more interesting than their tennis sometimes tho.
So for me it's nadal vs fed I want to see. Yes I realize I'm putting fed through prematurely but it likely will be djoker vs nadal in a semi so unless Stan finds crazy game fed is through.
