How many slams does Federer aim to win in 2016 :D ?
I'm hoping for at least one. Would be spectacular if he came out firing early 2016 and made his mark in the AO - that would surely spice things up going into the rest of the year. Wimbledon prob is his best chance though.

You didn't miss the joke.

You missed the existence of a parallel universe.

Or several.

The forum has changed since my last visit several years back.
Most posters I knew have left. Nadalfreak, jacksonvile etc used to rule this place. Jollyroger, BB, Nobadmojo etc.

I'm hoping for at least one. Would be spectacular if he came out firing early 2016 and made his mark in the AO, allthough Wimbledon prob is his best chance.
AO no chance. Nole has that in the palm of his hand.

Agree about Wimby but it is close to OG which Fed is aiming at.

Yes agree that Djoko is the favourite by far but that's just what would add some heat to the start of the year - Nole getting a real scare by Fed early in the year might feel forced to turn things up going into the FO where, hopefully, Nadal can raise his game.

Fed has yet to take a set from post teenage Novak at Melbourne.

One can hope.

Is it you thinking that your opinion becomes a fact, if it is versed an opinion or a fact?

:D
It is the well documented opinion of Aristotle or Plato (geez, had that exam last week and I already forgot) that when you have studied a subject, your opinion about it becomes (or might) a fact. So risking an ad verecundiam, it is a fact.

Overly simplified :D

Isn't the fact that you said what you said a fact that disproves your opinion being a fact?

Rather misleading since they've only played once since 2008 and that was in 2011. It's not like they've racked up multiple encounters there.

Djoker finally managed to take three sets from Rafa at the FO this year, but it didn't ultimately help him to win the title.

I'm sure he did. But he ignored and didn't feed them like so many do on this forum.
I just let the video run in the background sometimes because it's cringeworthy to look at his face whenever he's searching for questions cause I feel he might be reading disgusting posts, he obviously is not used to seeing things like that.

Ohh, that poster's username... o_O Is this who you meant in that other thread, @stringertom? The one you called the "Elvis" of this forum? Or is this a parody version of the fellow you were referring to, maybe?
That is the one and only legend, the Grand Poobah of TTW, our leader sureshs. Grab some popcorn, get comfortable, and begin your journey into The Vortex!:p

I am beginning to get a grip on this fellow. He was here around the time I was last posting (2007), but he's in a totally different league now. crème de la crème of the forum. Catapulted into stardom. His stars must be in the ascendant ;)

His ascending part that needs proper yoga massage through the asana known as pavana mukta causes frequent air pollution alerts here inside his Vortex. If you stick around, I suggest an investment in a TSV-approved gas mask if you wish to survive.:p
