As a Federer fan, I am already looking ahead to Wimbledon. It could be a historic Wimbledon for him.

If he wins his first round, he will have won at least 60 matches at 3 different Grand Slams. No other male player has even won at least 50 matches at 3 different grand slams.

If he reaches the quarterfinals, he will break out of a tie with Agassi for most Career Grand Slam quarterfinals with 37.

If he reaches the semifinals, he will break out of a tie with Connors for most Career Grand Slam semifinals with 32. If he reaches the semifinals, he will become the first male player to reach at least 8 semifinals at three different Grand Slams.

If he reaches the final, he will have reached a record 8 Wimbledon finals.

If he wins, he will tie Sampras for the most Wimbledons and join Sampras and Nadal as the only winners of a single grand slam 7 times.
