As usual, Federer has several records and career achievements that can be achieved at the 2010 French Open:
Consider: If he reaches the fourth round, he would be the 10th player in the Open Era with 700 career match wins. If he reaches the semi-finals he will become the fifth player with 200 career Grand Slam match wins, joining Jimmy Connors, Andre Agassi, Ivan Lendl and Pete Sampras. If he reaches the semifinals, he would tie Andre Agassi for most career Grand Slam semifinals with 26. If he reaches the semifinals, he would become the first man to ever reach the semifinals of all four grand slams at least six times. If he reaches the final, he would be one final away from tying the male record of most consecutive grand slam finals played (10 by him). If he reaches the final, he would become the only man to have reached five consecutive finals at three different grand slams (he is already the only man to achieve it at two different grand slams). If he wins, he would become only the third man to win all four grand slams at least twice.
