Federer considering a WC for Monte Carlo

he might as well sweep the clay court season.

Silly move TBH, he certainly needs to rest and to get ready for clay as he hasn't played it for a long while. I wondered what made him accept this.

I am here with tennis_pro. Federer is much improved player in the last few years and he can win any tournament he plays.
It certainly looks that way. MC and Madrid is all that Roger or Novak should play before the French. I am inclined to think that Nadal is not going to dominate the clay season as he has in the past.

I thought @BeatlesFan said his vacation was BOOKED
Fed is not playing MC and I've said it 245 times in the past 2 days.

He said AGAIN to P-Mac after the Miami final that his body hurts and 'I need 3 weeks rest, I've played, like, every day since I arrived in California.' If people want to think he's playing in MC, go for it, but he is not. Even people who don't follow Fed's remarks as I do should be able to figure it out with common sense. A 37 year old who hasn't played clay in 3 years (and added "I've even forgotten how to slide") doesn't miraculously appear on that surface in 2 weeks with no rest and no training block.

So you think Fed's playing Monte Carlo? I think chances are he will, because he might practice for the French.
