Federer defeats Nadal at USO 2013

Today at the Arthur Ashe Kid's Day aiming contest, Federer scored 14 (8 forehand, 6 backhand) while Nadal scored 11 (4 forehand, 7 backhand). Federer hit only slices while Nadal hit only tops (on the backhand). Federer also cheated in the backhand contest by staying much closer to the net than the others.

How do these facts align with their professional games? For example, Nadal's BH is better than Federer's, and Federer resorted to only slicing due to weakness in the area of topspin.

But I was disappointed by his moving forward into the court for the backhand, while others stayed back.

This is most comprehensive evidence and tell tale sign that Roger is back. It also shows that Roger has learned and is attacking the net (by stayin closer).
It is a good thing that Rafa has a few days (assuming seeds hold true) before he faces Roger and can use this time to make some tweaks-- that is if he is nurturing any hopes of winning against Roger.

Haha. Funny :)
No matter who wins QF it will be the greatest match in 2013 US open for sure.
I hope fed to win us open.
Rafa can win shanghai and bercy.. He can be No.1 ranking soon.

Nadal is not losing a USO match to Fed. A random player you've never heard outside top 100 has a better chance of beating Nadal at USO '13 than Federer. Nadal just knows how to beat the Swiss like back of his hand.

LOL this is a quality post, I loled. Maybe if Ralph hit normal FHs to his BH he'd hit more topspin BHs.

Federer already proved himself when he hit that bottle of that guy's head though.
