He won't be playing hopman so he can fit in a 250 before Australia.
There’s no more Hopman. ATP Cup it is come January

Slower at night.Fan ... I don't understand. Why would playing in the night be a problem? If anything, it should help because in the day time, the heat can be stifling.
Ralph can help out with miracle healing.is roger going to be healthy enough to play Laver cup ?
Slower at night.
I'm hereFedfans, where are you ? We need to talk.
Fedfans, where are you ? We need to talk.
Best thing to doWatching Fed highlights on YouTube lol
Let them have their fun, eventually it will all settle. So strong that I have heard from like 3 posters Fed is not in the top 10 ATG's. It is comical and they know it.Fedfans, where are you ? We need to talk.
the way fed described the issue, it was something that would have been fine in two days which is why fed was upset that he couldn't find a way to beat grigor because by Friday he would have been okay
When you are in Giza, you will start hearing about Djokovic more. Enjoy your vacation.
Best thing to do
Just re-watched the "Amazing Forehands in Grand Slams" vid, love the music
Helping a friend get used to his new RF 97 Autograph as I read the question. He is a kind of new to tennis too, so needs to watch moar Fedr videos, but he is already a convert.
What a life. He has probably never been in a car for more than 2 hours since he was a teenager. I hate road trips. That is the number one reason I would want to be rich.Shouldn't have gone driving in an RV over Europe. Killer for the back/neck.
My back can not take more than about an hour. Honestly very dreadful to think about driving long distances. I do like camping, but I don't think my camping and Fed are the same.Road trips are my favourite way of bonding with the family. You just have to plan carefully, so that you don't get caught into inconveniences such as road congestions, overcrowded spaces or closed restaurants etc. I love camping too, so when I heard that Federer did both at the same time, I knew what he is up to. Besides, I really really doubt that it was only him, Mirka and the kids. Just too much going on to do it alone at this point of his career.
Where did he go?Shouldn't have gone driving in an RV over Europe. Killer for the back/neck.
It was a 4 day trip just through Switzerland, not a big mileage thing.Shouldn't have gone driving in an RV over Europe. Killer for the back/neck.
Fed played the best he could given the situation. Dimitrov didn’t do anything for the year and also had a w/o from Coric. If Dimitrov had played a 5 setter against Coric, it would have been a different outcome. Dimitrov was ready to play a long match against Fed while Fed had his serve and BH desert him.
Fed was failing on lot of rushing to the net and half volleys. He just wanted to end the point somehow or the other.
that wasn't my point. if he was most likely going ot be okay by friday, i would assume he would be more than likely okay for laver cup. it was clearly a horribly timed incident where the back/neck were not okay but something that wouldn't have lasted more than a few days
The FH misses at important points were pretty much the same I saw in the Wimb19 final. I am not sure Fed would have been able to play better regardless of the back issue. There are just way too many off days coming from Fed since IW18.
Shanghai can't come soon enough.
DelpoI don’t think anyone who beat Fed in a slam has won it (excluding Big 2). So good luck to Dimi.
Edit: Cilic, Stan did win a slam after beating Fed.
Delpo
It might be easier for me since I like Rafa and don't care too much for this mythical "Goat" race, but tonight did change quite a few things.
While it won't effect how I view Fed, it was nice having a few things to hang your hat on. These are slipping, and fast.
With Rafa almost guaranteed to catch if not surpass Fed, how do you guys feel about it?
I actually think Rafa taking number one is a good thing as it holds off the weeks at number one from Djoker. Hopefully this happens.
A lot has changed in a month.
Yep to this. He will always be what I call the greatest tennis player simply because of everything that goes with it. That being said, if we are going to have a mythical "GOAT" debate, I can understand why the slam race is the be all end all. I also do think he will be the future ambassador of the sport like Laver has been. So in many ways, even if he does not go down as this goat in public opinion, he will still be recognized as THE guy. Plus, if Rafa ends up with 21 or 22 slams, I dont think it will be like a massive difference. Now 23 or more (assuming Fed does not add to his tally), that might kind of separate Rafa from Fed.As to why I think Fedr GOAT. Well, there's a lot that makes Fedr so much more interesting to me. And he's the only sports person that I care about this much, and he's a few years younger than me! I suppose I can always try, but I can't even truly tell you why I'm such a big fan of his, and it surprises me that it is so. A few examples would be; his aggressive play, his artistic play, his fair play, I enjoy listening to his interviews, his interactions with fans, etc., etc. He's as close to the perfect sportsman as anyone can possibly get for me. Which is why he's my GOAT. Many likely feels the same bc even other sports people act like fangirls when they meet him at his last Laureus appearance (and other places).
Funny i actually think novak has a more complete resume than Nadal if we are looking at overall consistency, long term dominating of the sport, weeks at no.1, actually winning year end championships and i already didnt care for nadal but after the **** he pulled during the final im completely over him.Fedr will always be GOAT for me. This is largely due to Fedr having the most adversity from 'his' younger gens compared to Djokodal (2 GOAT-lvl players chasing vs. zero). I mean, forget Djokodal, even Fedr owns 'their' younger gens. Also, Fedr had to 'adjust' to conditions, while Djokodal largely had 'conditions' adjusted to them (omg, so many slow courts ).
But, if I had to choose, then I favor Nadl more to get the slam record bc he has a beast FH and plays more exciting tennis than Djokr. Not only that, 12+ RG is ridic dominance and definitely has a lot of weight to me.

All of this being said... i will sing a different song if Djoker catches Fed...

They both do nothing for me but i always used to say i prefer Djokovic (lol used to be a semi fan at one point) because i still maintain djokerer matches are the best of the big 4.Yeah, Nadl's many cheating tactics has always been the stopper for me from becoming his fan. I just like his 'actual' game more, if i had to choose between Nadl or Djokr.
So are people going to put an asterisk next to this title because Nadal didn’t have to beat Federer or Djokovic to win it?
