One another strange thing: when i ordered the pair from the US site at exit: 1. It was priced EUR175 vs EUR215 at the EU site; and 2. It calculated only shipping costs and not any Duties and taxes/fees.

Played some doubles in these today and overall impression is very nice. I felt the breathability was the best part of the shoe for me.
The only negative I had was the front sole area padding felt a little thin.

Totally agree I was also thinking they were just not shipping or processing orders in the holiday weekend. And they did say 3-5 days so it's fair game at this point.

I contacted them 2 days ago on Twitter and received the reply yesterday that order placed on 30/6 needs 1-3 more days of final processing before dispatch.

Same for me. I really could not find a way to get more order info without creating an account. Once the account was created, I could see the purchase in my account and when I clicked on the order number, it showed the current status.

Just like any other placement in the Euro sites, the VAT is removed. In most countries the VAT (Value added Tax) is included in the price unlike in the USA where it is added on top of the listed price.
Duties and taxes are up to the US, therefore, not added on your bill. Most likely you will not be charged any of those on the $200 item...
