I'm not really a Federer fan, but I'm shocked you would suggest that someone with as much spirit of a champion as Federer would let someone beat him. If Federer does in fact lose, it won't be because he decided to let Ljubicic win. That's preposterous.

It will be a good match, though. Ljubicic has been playnig the best of his career for a little over a year now, and I don't see him continuing to do so for much longer. If he's ever going to topple Fed, now is the best time for him.

No, it isn't. If he loses to Ljubo, and Roddick wins with whomever he plays tomorrow, then Fed is OUT.(unless both matches go 3 sets and the games % are appropriate).

A best of 3 set will be tough for Federer for sure (he can't afford to go down a break early in the match like he did 3 times in a row now ).
But I think he will be extra motivated to continue were they left at Wimbledon.
I want to see this semi matchup - (though, if Davydenko could pull the upset, I can live with it)
