Federer's best matches against his top rivals

With Fed's career now in the books, which matches against each of his top competitors impressed you the most in terms of level of play. For me these ones stood out to me against his five biggest rivals.

Against Nadal it's 2017 Indian Wells. Shortly after he won that epic in AO, he proceeded to crush his friend/rival at Indian Wells in such a relentless no mercy manner, I don't think I've ever seen Rafa have such a look of disbelief before.

Against Djokovic it's 2012 Cincinnati. Summer 2012 was a summer to remember for Ol' Rog as he won Wimbledon, took home the Olympic silver, broke Pete's weeks at N1 record, and destroyed Nole in the finals of Cincinnati to equal the then Masters record - Fed had no chill on this mid-August afternoon.

Against Murray it's 2014 WTF. I know Andy wasn't 100% but man Roger was firing on all cylinders that day, what a scary performance.

Against Hewitt it's obviously 2004 US Open. In a recent interview Fed said this was the best match he ever played and for good reason. I don't think we'll ever see two bagels in a slam final again any time soon, it just doesn't happen.

Against Roddick, it's 2007 Australian Open. Poor A-Rod, dude got murdered in front of an international audience in the semis of a slam. Federer was hitting winners from every part of the court and he made Roddick's powerful serve look like nothing - one of the greatest performances I've ever seen
