When will Fed be out of top #100?
When will he be out of top #1000 ATP ranking? (I am taking the 10-year Uniqlo contract every day)out of top #100 nice backhand?
or out of top #100 prize money collected?

Funny how Fedr kept in top ten with Olympics coming up. Very convenient for everyone concerned!
Why is he still ranked in the top ten? Is it because of his Wimbledon 2019 points? I have no idea.
Still in play. Has dropped to #9, Shapo or Hubi would have to win out to knock him to #10, no chance of #11.Not quite yet. He'll likely drop to #9, tiny chance of #10, pretty much no chance of #11 or beyond.
Correct. That's it.Still in play. Has dropped to #9, Shapo or Hubi would have to win out to knock him to #10, no chance of #11.
I would prefer the sport to enter in permanent hiatus.if Ruud or PCB is runner up, he is out...
All good things have an end. What a career he hadThe oil painting of a backhand is leaving top 10, presumably for good, this fall.
Happy/ sad?
Discuss/ disgust.
Yeah thought the same, Fed got lucky, but then again, matches have been played, secured rankings should not have taken place.Pretty sure Covid-19 was invented in a lab to maintain Fraud's ranking.
Desperate needs calls for desperate measures
Covid protected rankings or else he wouldn't be even in top 50 right now is my guess.Actually scratch that, I misread the title. Federer apparently is still in the top 10. Even though he is 40, is semi retired, has barely played any tennis in over a year, and has one good result- a Wimbledon quarter final. Yes the state of the game still leaves a lot to be desired.
How come this relates to state of game, it is covid protected rankingActually scratch that, I misread the title. Federer apparently is still in the top 10. I'm pretty sure they'd put him in stef's quarter. If he comes back for next years Wimbledon, how low will he be ranked? I'm guessing outside top 100.
Some people just enjoy the flying even after they've seen and done all that could be done soaring amongst the cloudsIs he still playing to make money from Wilson and Uniqlo? Why not retire as he has no shot at winning another Slam? Is it that much fun to travel around during a pandemic and struggle in every tournament he plays?
Doesn’t he forget the heights be reached when he won 20 Slams. He is like Icarus who can’t help wanting to fly too close to the sun even if it might cause him to drown.

I'm a fairly quick reader, but I think it took me about 8 minutes to read "Perpetualerer".So it happened on a cold and grey September morning:
Perpetualerer was out of top 10
lmaoFor all practical purposes, Federer is a Gasquet type player now. Looks elegant in the early rounds, but his ceiling is mostly R16. Can maybe vulture the occasional 250.
