Fed's record in slams

Since 2003, when Fed became Fed, he has lost (never before semi's) only to - Nadal (5x), Safin, Djoker and Guga. All of whom were top established players. He either wins it or loses to the winner.

Fed is special during Slams, he's had his share of scares and tough matches but has never lost to a journeyman, or a young upcoming talent.

Even in this weird FO where ranking don't seem to mean much, its still hard to pick against him.

What I find surprising is despite his not so good performance in the Master's Series, he shows up to be a totally different monster in slams.

If roger wins the french open title this year he will be the strongest competitor of the slams no one in the histroy had this kind of dominance at the slams..
