I hope he sees this thread and realizes I am correct and makes the switch.
I figure he is probably around a size 7 1/4 right now. If he takes the same steroids that Barry bonds did, he could bump that up to a size 8.
I ate a plate full of paella and jamon just for this thread
Its an herbal supplement!!!
Actually, since all the current GOAT candidates (Laver, Sampras, Federer) used racquets between 65 sq. in. to 90 sq. in., I'd say that for Ferrer to achieve GOAT status, he needs to switch to a SMALLER head size!
I agree larger heads are less accurate.....
I thought Nadal was the GOAT
I seriously am amazed at how many of these fed racquet threads there are.
But the subject of this thread is Ferrer's racquet, not Federer's. ;-)
Why a bigger racquet for Ferrer?
Did he shank a few dozen balls like Federer?
That's why I said a SMALLER racquet would be better for Ferrer so that more of his balls would land in and so that he could also win 17 Slams.
100 square inches isn't big enough????
Apparently not. For some people here, if you lose a match then you need to switch to a bigger racquet no matter what.
I heard Ferrer's racquets are 2 inches longer than the normal EXO3 Tour 100's. So he's already doing something to compensate for being short. As for the head size, I don't see why he needs something bigger than everyone else's.
Ferrer? Larger head size? Being the GOAT?
You mean this:
Well because Ferrer is getting older and is already 31. How can he be expected to compete with guys 5 or 6 years younger than he is unless he switched to a bigger racquet?
Yes, Ferrer lacks power. He needs to move to a Big Bubba to be able to compete with the modern game power players.
Agassi really sucked with that os
^Then he ditched his Kevlar when he heard about some guys named "Luxilon"... The rest is history.
Doesn't Ferrer already use a large head size?
Apparently it's not large enough for him to win a Slam.
Separate names with a comma.
