I read on a Fila 6-month outsole warranty card:
"To qualify a replacement pair will be granted if the outsole is completely worn through exposing the interior of the shoe.
Exposure of different colored outsole or midsole material does not meet replacement guidelines of the durability guarantee"
Is this really true?! If yes they might as well not offer any guarantees!
Also is there any difference in guarantee terms and policies if the shoes
returned to TW instead of Fila?
