So i just completed the first day. Towards the end of the chest and back part i started to give out with the push ups i will have to pace myself next time. One thing that i am disappointed in though is that i could not keep up with the AB Ripper X. I couldnt find myself to keep in the same position the whole time and i was doing about five maybe even less depending on the position in the time they did 25. Will it get better over the course of the first month where i will beable to hold the position? Or will i have to change the exercises around? All in all, i am surprised at how hard and how much it worked your body. I felt this worked the same amount if not harder from what i have done with regular weights.
