Fitness Schedule Help.

Can somebody give me a fitness schedule.
I'm having trouble here, but if someone could give me an exercise plan that would be great.
For example
Monday-what should I do?
tuesday-what should I do?
and so on, because that's what I need to know.
Like I know i know of alot of different exercises drills and stuff but I need somebody to tell me which days to focus on like sprinting on mondays tuesdays for abs or something.

play tennis as much as you can

theres a book called STRATING STRENGTH, buy it and read it, maybe wait a year though, but id say you can go ahead and do it now
