How can I improve the flexiblity of my shoulder? I have weights and a resistance band?
uh...do exercises with them? but dont over do it.
My friend you can do three things. 1. Rest arm comfortably on a table parallel to body. Put your opposite hand on your shoulder. Apply gentle downward and slightly backward force. 2. Rest arm on a table perpendicular to body. Use opposite hand to apply gentle force to shoulder. 3. Rest arm on a table behind you. With the opposite hand, apply gentle downward and slightly forward force to shoulder. I hope this way you can improve Flexibility in shoulder?
can you give me the names of some specific exercise?
stretch a lot, stretch upper body.
I don't know any specific exercises, ask a fitness trainer at a gym. They should know better than me.
Try this stretch:
Surgical tubing, not bands, those are generally too short.
