Floor Stands for the Gamma Progression ST II

I have a Gamma Progression ST II stringer and looking for some feedback on the optional floor stands from Gamma. There appears to be 2 floor stands specific to the Progression series.

Gamma Progression II/X-Stringer Floor Stand - $109.00

Gamma Progression Floor Stand - $119.00

Given the name of the first one, it seems to be more specific to my stringer and it's cheaper. However, each has a different size mounting base and I just wanted to know the differences as it relates to the Progression ST II .

At a glance, it looks like the Progression II stand would be similar to the Gamma 5003 stand which would require the removal of the red plastic base, but the hole in the middle of it appears too small for that mounting style.

Any help would be appreciated.

the 1st stand you have listed is the one you want, the Gamma Progression II/X-Stringer Floor Stand - $109.00. you actually keep the red base on and bolt it to the black flange plate with the 4 inner bolt holes. if you look on the bottom of your STII there are 4 bolt holes in the center of the aluminum frame.

the only difference between the 2 stands is the top plate on the MPFS1, there aren't mounting holes in the middle of the ST base so the plate needs to be bigger to attach @ the rubber feet in the corners.
