Murray or Delpo?

he really does. Super high tennis IQ. I mean, I do like him to some extend, but he gets too defensive for my liking. Would also love to see him more at the net as he's got excellent hand skills once he gets there.

Listen to the non applause, when Muzz won the set by the way. Crowd is 100 % behind Delpo, but it ain't enough. Best Murray since Doha or 2016? I think so.

Things are slowly clicking into gear for the Muzziah of professional tennis.

Sigh, it looks like Murray has swindled Del Potro out of two sets. I hope we can see something special again in the third set.

Have you seen Edmund this year?
I have but I just can't imagine that Anderson's level was that high if it took him five sets to get the win. Now if he'd beaten him in straights or a fairly routine 4 set match I might think saying he was in "fantastic form" was justified.

Match is done now. Murray cruising.

As crazy as it might seem, i think i would rather see Murray play Wawrinka than Fognini this year. I dont think Stan is as amazing against Murray as he is against Djokovic/Nadal and Fognini has had a couple of good wins against Murray on clay before.

Guys, I'm not following Delpo enough. Is he making any real progress over the past 12 months or so? I feel that he always finds a way to lose.

It's not over yet in Paris, but I'm talking in general, not this particular match.
he's regressed big time from his 2016 Olympian and DC heights, probably as much as Muzz and Djoko. He's had more injuries again (missed the AO for instance and there was talk he would miss FO as well)

Murray is certainly showing me the REAL Murray again, and just in time. I think the focus he needed for this match has caused his competitive juices and intensity to rise again. A free flowing aggressive Murray is nothing but great for the game.

Clayray seems to be back...someone made a joking comment about Murray winning this event...oh boy, suppose if he does?

Andy is the last person you want to play, when you're showing signs of fatigue. The guy wears you down relentlessly, he'll play a short cross-court forehand taking some pace off, instead of going for the big winner dtl, just so you can cover that little bit of extra ground, but it's obviously all in vain. Rafa, Novak and Fed would finish off points faster.

spoke too soon, the Fog breaks right back. Gotta say, Fognini playing well is a pretty sight too. Such natural talent, everything seems effortless for him.
But I do want my Stanimal to progress nevertheless.

Fog is plain genius

Murray toying with Del Potro - Soul destroying for the Tower of Tandil.

Bagel incoming...

Hopefully he'll keep it up after the Match/Tournament.

Beautiful couple of points in the meanwhile.
