For a pro shop, is an electronic-constant-pull machine expected?

I found myself in a discussion the other day. I was saying it was nearly impossible to make $80k/year stringing. By making, I meant profiting. It seems this thread is backing up my claim. I’m sure the other guy, who is NEVER wrong, will chime in.

Yes. Yes. Yes. I understand math. I’m not saying it’s impossible. I’m saying it’s VERY improbable.

- people are throwing number arround like 10-20 rakets A DAY !!??
-i work at a big tennis club, 10 rakets aday is what we hope to take in, thats a normal day for us, "a big tennis club"
-anything less than 10 rakets a day is a SLOW/waste day, not enough to keep the lights on
-this would also be something that a tennis shop would expect, but the reality is much less numbers
-a busy small shop would expect to make half that number DAILY, anymore is a bonus

-as for the machine that should be used:
-if your daily average is 3-6 rakets daily, then a crank is more than enough
-big pro shops and/or big tennis centers NEED big ECP machines, 10-15 rakets daily is a cost effective option where speed is the determining factor
- a big machine is not needed for home stringer
-a crank machine is more than enough for a home stringer
-a dropweight machine is ideal/enough for a weekend stringer
