Let me destroy your post with my flawless logic again. Of course some of the people who registered in 2007 and rooted for Federer were glory hunters. But then they were long gone in 2008. In 2015 you can be as sure as taxes that every single Fed fan who is still on these boards is a legit Fed fan. I'm not so sure it's the same case with every "Djokovic fan" who registered recently because Djokovic hasn't had any downfalls yet.

I would like to bring to your attention that this is a thread for Djokovic's fans only (as written in the title). Thus, I would appreciate if you stop contaminating this thread with your "comments". Please, feel free to comment on other threads including "butthurt.." one.

I never switched from Djokovic thank you very much. Even the times when fed, Nadal, Murray or Stan won slams and event I always prefer Novak!

Damn I came in here to say literally the exact same 8 things you did so thought of a few other milestones that are less talked about (since masters don't count for anything on this forum besides Cincy).

1-Winning IW would give him the most titles there outright (currently tied with Fed)
2-Winning Miami would tie him with Agassi for the most titles there
3-Winning a clay masters would tie Borg(!!) for 2nd all time in clay masters with 8, winning 2 would give him solo hold of 2nd with 9

Also all 4 slams have some pretty big historical merit for him next year.

AO = Tie all time record of 6 titles
FO = Career grand slam
Wimb = Would join Borg, Fed, Sampras as the only 4-time winners and also only 3-peters in open era and cement his spot on the rushmore of the "most prestigious" slam
USO = Add balance to his hards resume and strengthens his case for hard court GOAT. Moves him out of 3rd tier USO champs with Agassi/Nadal/Edberg into 2nd tier with McEnroe/Lendl

So while AO+FO for the NCYGS looks sexiest, I'd take any double with about equal enthusiasm.

Winning Olympic Gold, that is one accomplishment not even Federer has achieved. If Novak does it he will have an accomplishment where people won't compare it to Federer.
