What service do you use and what does it cost?

I currently pay $110 (per month) for a at&t directv stream package including tennis channel. I was an early adopter of this service and had a guaranteed* $29.99 rate for life! (*turns out 'guaranteed for life' means we'll raise it every year). $110 is ridiculous to me and it was the reason I got rid of cable and moved to streaming in the first place.

I don't watch a lot of TV other than sports (and I have Netflix and Prime for movies), quick look at Fubo and Youtube tv seems like $85-ish for a package that includes TC. I guess I would need local channels to watch the 49ers (although an antenna is an option too.) Seems like everybody carries T2 now which is a great addition.

Oh and I don't like watching TV on a laptop or phone, I have a big tv for a reason.

So what service are you guys using to watch TC?

T2 is a joke. It's either ads or challenger tour level matches through a back fence mounted webcam.

And now with French Open being on TNT/HBO, I see little point to try and brainstorm how to get TC anymore.

(The viewing experience for Masters 1000 is still garbage aside from the main show court. I can't believe the sport is still dishing out webcam quality feeds in 2025).

For all ATP matches (nonslams), stream tennistv for about $130/year. Based in the UK, it blows TC out of the water—offers multiple courts to choose from, both live and recorded including full match replays or highlights or you prefer that. Don’t have to worry about annoying American talking head commentators nor a huge bias toward the Americans. I grew to loathe TC & its decisions on which matches to cover. Take control of what you watch and stream it from any device. There’s an app you can put on your tv so you don’t have to second screen it.

Both Cable TV and Streaming Services are raising their prices. They have to pay to carry networks and the customers will have to pay. The networks are costly to carry, so the customer has to pay something. I am sure you find something that suits you, but don’t expect cheap or affordable.

@norcal do you have Max? every single court at RG this year will have coverage on that app, sounds great. TNT will be the exclusive rights holder of RG for the next 10 years.

This is super good to know. Thank you for posting!

As far as this thread, I have TennisChannel and T2 through YouTube TV now, but I also pay for Tennis TV so that I can control what match to watch. Also as stated previously, nice to not have to listen to some of Tennis Channel’s commentators.

No, if you get the Sports Plus add-on, you do get Tennis Channel. As of last year and this year, anyway. I believe both Fubo and YouTube TV have had periods where they stopped airing it, but then renegotiated, or however it is all that works.

Thanks for all the replies guys, looks like YouTube tv might be my best option.

@Moose Malloy - had HBO free through my phone plan, upgraded my hotspot (nothing else will change on your plan!) and of course lost HBO. Guess I'll get it for the month of FO. Already got ESPN+ for AO and USO, just gotta remember to cancel when the month is up.

Another tennis TV subscriber. The on demand matches is the best thing. Only downside is that they don't cover the slams.

If you have a Samsung TV, TC 2 was on their free TV lineup. Not sure if it's still there or not.

I have YouTube TV but never watch TC 2 on it.

A computer driving an 85" TV monitor and no TC: there are only so many incontinence ads I can view...
