forehand rotation

for the forehand how much should u rotate ur trunks for open stance, semi open, and closed? I have a decent forehand but my coach tells me i am not rotating my hips and body enough on the preparation. some tips on how to wrok on this would be helpful.

Well its kinda early right now. I don't know why I'm up at 4 am...can't sleep.

But make sure that with your non-dominant arm you push your racquet back during the takeback and make that arm parallel to the net.

Look at how roddicks arm is parallel to the net in the video before he hits the ball. Doing this forces shoulder and hip rotation.
