Forehand Shatter (short video)

I tried taking a video again, I was using the ball machine and it was ridiculously windy as you can tell by my shirt. I think it was gusts of wind of like 70km so my timing is a bit off. I don't know why but what I described in my previous posts isn't as pronounced in this video, but I feel like when I watch my self something is off. I know in this situation the wind is a big element but my form, take back, unit turn, lag and all other components just don't seem right. here is the video it isn't much I couldn't upload more it was to big.

You cannot say much from couple of shots, but if such mishits are typical — you need to try swinging more through the ball, more drive. You’ll be getting spin anyway with your motion.

Drive the ball high enough over the net, focus on clean contact. On slower or more “vertical movement” balls you shall be using more neutral stance and step-through as you hit, then recover back — rather then stay in the same place.

no, these mishit aren't typical, it was just terribly windy.

A video from the side would be helpful too. I feel like you could be leaning back since the trajectory of your ball goes up a lot - you probably want it to go more forward. Agree with Dragy to drive through it more

Your forehand does a lot right though, not tones to fix imo.

Your forehand looks fine. I would just concentrate on the unit turn moving the shoulders instead of the arms to avoid excess movement in the backswing. Do you have any videos of you hitting against some pace?

Extremely pronated take back a la Sinner. Very prone to errors but some people can pull it off.

so the Sinner way is prone to errors.

this is related to my recent posts about WW's.... people who have fake WW's will make no sense out of the motions by the modern pros.

but once you understand what ww truly is, everything will make sense.

like I sed there iz nothing wrong with your fh... just enjoy it.

forehand actually looks really good. Only comment I have will be to get into a stable/balanced stance earlier, and look to hit the ball at a higher contact point (the wind prob threw you off). It appears you're trying to chase your contact during the lower part of the ball falling rather than the initial fall from the peak after the bounce (also telling when you dip your right shoulder into the shot).
