I would like to know the relevance of a certain formula I found here:

It states that the racquet's quality in terms of arm friendliness can be expressed as:
Mass*Balance^2/Swingweight (less is better)

So, as much swingweight, as little mass and balance (meaning, as much as HL as possible, balance is in cm).

What do you think of it? I took some time to evaluate some racquets based on specs from tennis.com; here are the results:

why dont you just demo some from that list... but if you ask me then i would tell you to try the Wilson K Five even though its not on that list...
