No. His health is priority number one. What he is doing will complicate the things further, no doubt. You have expressed concerns, that players' health is indeed the most important thing. Something, that I do not see you support at the moment.

And LOL at the latest hippocracy in your comment. You KNEW, that with his back problems Ferrer was bigger threat to Nadal than Murray? Why didn't you share with us your knowledge about the seriousness of Andy's problem until now?

How would I know how serious it is. He's up 3-0 in the third now, so it doesn't look life threatening to me...
Still, he had a mediocre clay season and I don't think he is the biggest threat to Nadal atm, no.

We'll find out a bit more after the match. Murray is usually pretty straight forward in interviews.

If Murray is feeling well and both he and Nadal reach the semi's, I'll expect him to bring Nadal a dogfight like against Novak at AO12

Muzza does that alot sadly. The guys a bigger faker than Nadal.
yea it's half faked.
so now his back has 'loosened up'??
i don't buy it.
these tactics that players start to play out these days are really bad for the sport. worse than faking an injury in soccer. trying to take the opponent out of balance with feeling sorry for you is wayyyy worse. it's evil.
and your SOG is also not Innocent

I hope so. Nadal has only ever played one 5-setter at Roland Garros. I would love to see more.

pity he missed that break or this would be a bagel set and then there would be no question in the third.

We need a gif with multiple facepalms.

And I know, that you don't think, that he is the biggest threat to Nadal ATM, since you are unable to think at all.

It is very easy to make that predictions now, when it is apparent, that Murray's back problem is serious. But I will be reminding you about what you just said, if, by some miracle, Murray beats anyone of the said players, and certainly will be reminding you about it, if in the future they meet on clay. Because, guess what, before today you didn't knew how serious his back injury was (you said it yourself  ), so you presumed, that a couple of bad results on clay mean, that Murray is inferior to the said players on the surface. We will see about that.

I wouldn't expect that at all. Absolutely no chance will Murray take Nadal to 5 sets on clay. Not a chance.

All I know is that Murray had a worse clay season than last year and Nadal a better one. Doesn't look good for Murray if they meet at RG.
In the meantime, Murray is goating against Nieminen :)

Andy Murray = Like Nadal, a disgrace to Mens Tennis.

Oh my sore back... please. Like Nadal, makes excuses just in case he somehow gets knocked out before the semis.

Except, the conversation was not about comparison between Nadal and Murray, but about Murray and Almagro, Ferrer and Raonic. Nice try, to get away with that, but tough luck for you. Like I said, I will remind you soon enough about your BS.

I am so glad Murray played on despite calls for retirement for nearly 4 pages at the beginning of the match :)
I seriously thought it was time to change my signature at the beginning of the second set when he was serving worse than I do, but guess what ? It is not over until it's over !
I was the only one lone voice calling for him not to retire, even I am not a Murray fan, compared to some of his pretend fans. Enjoying his sheer bloodymindedness.

Well with that early 4th set break the match should be Murray's. good job.

I can tell you Murray's not kidding. The kind of treatments he's getting at times is the same Larry Bird got in games toward the end of his career. He's not comfortable right now.

Just a joke. Muzzas injury really fooled him. Can't wait to see Ferrer/Murray match now. That will show us how injured Murray is right now.
You should've seen Paire looked, and he doesn't have a game that uses a ton of energy. Looked like he was wrung out dishrag.

Ferrer will take advantage of that back, should they play, make no mistake about that.

I'm really worried about a potential Rafa-Raonic match.
Fans who saw Rafa practice this week are saying he's got problems with the serve. :???:

Well they've played twice. Nadal has won all 4 sets. Nadal broke Raonic's serve in all 4 sets. And Raonic has never broken Nadal's serve. And that was all on hardcourt. Raonic is a poor man's Berdych. Berdych, the guy Nadal has now won 11 matches in a row over.

Now I hope Murray gets this match over quickly while his back hasn't seized him again and Nieminen is still in a state of shock. don't let it get into a fifth if possible.

Now might be appropriate to dial it up a little against Nieminen's serve, don't wait for his mistakes.
