For me, wedges are the only way.
Indeed. They're nothing like each other really. When I was a kid I used to think they were literally different "flavours" of the same vegetableThe sweet potato is a completely different vegetable and is great just roasted.
Crisps to mean chips isn't the craziest thing, language evolves separately etc. But chips to mean fries makes no sense. The word chip in every other usage means something small and hard.lol We call chips ''crisps'' over here. And we call fries ''chips.'' So I did appreciate your bag of crisp chips.
These days, I find myself eating plantains way more than potatoes. A lot of times they're part of my go-to meal when I come home from work. I cut up 1-2 plantains in like 1/2-3/4 inch slices like bananas, line a baking sheet with foil and a little cooking spray and some Lawry's seasoning salt, then I arrange the plantain slices onto the pan - bake around 425-450 Fahrenheit for about 23-27 minutes, flipping them once about halfway through. I usually have like chicken wraps or sandwiches with the baked plantain slices and add a little ketchup to the plate to dip the baked slices in.Potatoes are almost never an acceptable food item, sorry to tell you that mate.
I've seen people dip their fries in their Wendy's frosty before. And I've seen a popular topping to ice cream be potato chips too. Although, I feel like potato chips would be better in some kind of chocolate ice cream, not strawberry or vanilla.Idk about all that
