I am currently studying and experimenting what babolat did for some of it's players as early as 1997 in regards to a head heavy feeling light frames. The opposite ends of the spectrum, that I know of, are:
- on the lighter side is Agneska Radwanska with her 270g Babolat Pure Drive Lite customized to 290g unstrung and 33.6cm balance (I assume the handle is silicone filled and cannot find anyone that knows so anyone who has an ideea please feel free to chime in)
-at the other end we have Carlos Moya with a 270g 1996 Babolat Soft Drive customized to 305-7g unstrung and 37cm balance (I have seen one of his frames early 2000's with only one chamber in the handle filled with blue tac or a putty similar to that/ I willassume he also has silicone in the handle or maybe not)
Do you know any other males or females that play with this type of specs? Nadal is tge only one who actually copied moya but went heavier overall with less swingweight.
I personally get along very well with this and am trying to figure out a range for myself.
