Frozen Shoulder

Definitely been asked before I’m sure but going to ask again, has anyone experienced this and what did they find helped? Had it since November and raising the right arm above 140 degrees can be a push. Found exercise relieves the symptoms, ironically a slightly modified service action helps. Appreciate any tips.

Frozen shoulder is the most over diagnosed condition. Make sure that it’s true frozen shoulder compared to some other issue

True frozen shoulder is known to be “self limiting” and progresses through different phases. Typically resolution of symptoms takes about 1-2 years.

Appropriate interventions vary depending upon the stage you are in and your tissue irritability level

Agree 100%. I thought I had a frozen shoulder for a long time, only to find out it was bad shoulder arthritis. Get an x-ray.

I’ve see my GP and an NHS physio who diagnosed it. I did ask for a picture to be taken to check it but they wanted to go down the route of physio first. Just out of internet I have an old disc injury in the neck from a traffic accident. I thought that was referring into the arm and shoulder and still suspect it’s involved. I’ll go back and ask again. Thanks for your thoughts.
