Full specs of IG Prestige/radical

Hey Everyone,

just wanted to tell you i just hit with the new radical MP coming out and i got to say that racquet felt awful. I play with the youtek radical Mp right now and comparing it to the new one coming out it is so much better than the new new one. The innegra feels dead compared to the youtek. The weight feels really diferent idk if the weight is the same but it just felt different to me. Paint job is not as cool as the youtek. Overall i will not be getting this racquet
 
I hit with all of the IG Prestiges/Radicals tonight, along with the entire new line of the box beam 90/95/100 sq. frames from Wilson! I can't post pictures though because TW will just take them down, and even though I had my cell phone with me, I was just too lazy to take pictures even though I was PLAYING TENNIS FOR HOURS. Trust me though, I played with them and yeah, that's it. I am now ultra cool, and I forgot the rest of what I was supposed to say.
 
Oh, and I'm just a regular 3.5 player who has zero connections to Head/Wilson reps. These frames just fell down from the sky and into my super-six Federer bag.

lol i am only 3.0 but good try LOL. why dont you ask the other posters i hit with if i had it. i got witnesses lol

i think i pointed that out. the feel is what got to me the most. because i had the liquidmetals and i remember loving the feel but these felt so soft. you should try it out. depending on the model the swingweight varies. i liked the prestige S, radical pro, prestige pro and prestige mp ...not in that order

Why was my post sarcastic? I have witnesses for my witnesses. The frames had strings in them and some of them were good and some of them were bad. Other than that, I can't tell you much else at the moment. :shock:
 
there's something I can't understand

it seems prestige S and radical pro very similar, just few grams more for the radical (305 vs 310gr)

then, in str!ngersworld, about the radical pro it indicates a weight of 320gr, while in hte pics of radp i can read 310gr

what's the truth?
 
The beam width of the S is greater than a normal prestige, I think.

310 is the unstrung weight of the rad pro, so other figures may be strung.

I got to hit with the Prestige S along with the IG Radical. The Prestige S was strung with some kind of weird syn gut but played much easier than the IG Radical which was strung with a full black colored poly, but just flexed too much in the throat area. Didn't have the teflon grommets, it was all clear.
 
When I first saw pictures of the racquets, I was very skeptical. But after seeing them in person, they might look nicer than the current youteks.

Saw all the sticks in our shop Tuesday and I really liked the look and feel of the Prestige S and Radical Pro. I think the S is going to appeal to a wide range of players. Especially the ones who like the feel of a traditional players frame in a slightly lighter package. Seems like most "Team" versions of racquets are a little too light at 10.9/11 oz and the 11.3 oz of the S is very appealing but still offers room for some customizing.

Haven't hit with any of them yet but looking forward to it.

The new rad pro ois a bit lighter, but the swing weight is still a bit high; it has a white leather-type grip vs the current regular leather grip. The prestige s was a good hit; good power, great on counter-punching hard hit balls. The prestige s is a volley machine: great depth and placement, great maneuverability.

How would you say the swingweight of the Prestige S compares to that of the IG Rad Pro and also against the IG Prestige MP?
