Ok. I had checked with Oxford and 2 other dictionaries (US & UK) but didn’t see “holeslaw” listed in any of them. Even when I just typed it in the previous sentence, autocorrect changed it to “coleslaw”. Not in the 2 Scrabble dictionaries I checked with either. However, I did see one resource that listed it, but can’t seem to find it now..I looked it up.
Both "holesaw" and "hole saw" are used, but "hole saw" is the more common and standard spelling.
That does not mean "holesaw" was incorrect for use in this game.
