I was just messing with you guys (Fed hardcore fans) with my post. Even if they really meant it, they are entitled to their opinion.

Maria seems to admire Rafa a lot for his dedication and professionalism, and the way he has bounced back to the top after two poor seasons in 2015 and 2016 when even some past tennis greats had said that he was done.

And Gasquet, no matter how hard he tries, he just doesn't hurt Nadal much. That most likely influences his opinion.

In the end, it's about the numbers. Let's not kid ourselves into thinking it's anything else. Federer has everyone in the Open Era beat in numbers. Also, helps that he is one of the most popular players ever in sports.

Don't speak for most of the Nadal fanbase please. Most of us were happy with his epicness and acheivements a decade ago, let alone now. Dude is definitely top 3 all time, that's more than enough. He has won the French TEN TIMES. We're too used to how good he is, and forget how INSANELY HARD that is to do.
