I'll go with Tsonga for fun :)

*edit*: Did you vote for gasquet? I'm 99.999% sure I voted for Tsonga, but it's showing 1 and 1...

I actually forgot to vote in my own poll until just now . So my vote for Tsonga is in.

I think Gasquet will win it. But Tsonga looks good and I am rooting for him. I say a 5 set affair

I had to go Tsonga. he is playing really good tennis right now. Gasquet has the tools to do it but I'm not sure if he will be able to show up at the level he will need to. I'm taking Tsonga in 4.

Tsonga's hot right now so he's my pick, but they're both streak players so 4 or 5 sets a definite possibility

Tsonga has been playing so magnificently & my money is on him. So much that I'm not even sure to call it an "upset" if he wins.

I can't believe Tsonga is leading this poll.
Just because he beat Murray doesn't mean he'll beat Gasquet, especially considering Gasquet has been playing very well so far.

If Gasquet can repeat his wimby performance, its straight sets Gasquet. But Tsonga has a lot of power and Gasquet complained about the slow surface. So a 5-set upset might be possible.

this is second on laver so they'll probably show a good amount of it... until it runs into sharapova air time!

but yeah, I love both of these guys. entertaining and exciting players. however Gasquet has to have a lot of confidence going into this match (not that Tsonga doesn't) so I'll have to give it to him.

Give me a break, people... Gasquet in straight sets!

Give me a break, people.... Gasquet in straight sets. Easy pick!

Tsonga is dangerous, but only on a fast court. And this isn't a fast court.

Gasquet has a much more consistent baseline game. All he has to do is make Tsonga hit a few balls in each rally to win the point.

Plus, Gasquet has so much more experience at this stage in their careers. He has more confidence and seems to be showing it in his recent wins.

Gasquet is a more consistent and capable shot maker; he has a steadier ground game; he has the better all-court game. On this surface he should win in straight sets.

Tsonga will have to serve a very high percentage of first serves for three sets to pull off the upset. It's possible, but the odds are against it.

But the nice thing about these two is that regardless who wins, the loser will be in the stands cheering on the winner as long as he's still in the tournament. This is the way French tennis is, and you've got to love 'em for it.

And how about Gasquet and Tsonga beating the Bryans in the doubles final last week in Sydney? They could provide that crucial third point in doubles for the French Davis Cup team.

Go France!!!

Allez Richard!!!

Maybe they think he might win because he looks farking good. Have you watched him play? He looks awesome. I hope he pulls of an upset.

Rank doesn't mean everything. Have you missed the last few matches at the AO?

I voted for Tsonga, but I am not basing it on that he beat Murray. My decision is based on that Tsonga is having a peak. In the same way -- Kohlschreiber is having a peak, and Gonzalez was having one last year, and Baghdatis had one two years ago. And if you've watched tennis for a long time, you'd know that it is true for any player, not only for Tsonga. When a lower ranked player is on fire, he/she can beat a top ranked player, or have a big run for a whole tournament, or many tournaments in a row.

And that is why we have a ranking system.

Everyone peaks. Just a question how long they can stay "peaked".
