Gaudio Defeats Moya

What do you guys think of this? Four and four, seemed pretty routine. I don't think Carlos has consistent enough results to win another major. Gaudio owns the Open Seat Godo, I hope he can make a good run at the French, he's awesome to watch. David Nalbandian also looking good, beat tough Spaniard Feliciano Lopez by the same score as Gaudio. My pick is Gaudio to win this, he's very vicious on clay. Haas also got beat by Schuettler.

Is four and four routine? That's one break in each set. That might be a routine match, but it might be a nail-bitingly close one too. Do you know more about it besides the final set score?

If Gaudio puts his head in order he would not have problems in becoming a top 10 player. His game is very complete and he is one of the most talented and consistent layers in the tour. He has wins over most ex-N1 players (Hewitt, Kafeilnikov, Safin, Agassi..etc.) and many of them openly praised his game. He is also quite good on hard courts and reached the querters (or semis?) of NASDAQ-100 three years ago.
Despite this fact, psicologically, he is a very weak player who does not play well if he is not motivated -a.k.a "Rios" Syndrome-. A real pity...

Moya needs to keep it together for longer. He'll go finals, then win a tourney, they lose first round, then lose matches he should win, then win again. It's like, comon man, stop partying for a little while and focus on the tennis at hand. THis is your season, you can party all you want through June, you won't play grass anyways (but hopefully play Wimby).
