Get a better coach!

My coach played at Wimbledon and Davis Cup for his country, he knows more than any of you internet fools and I don't see the stupidity of asking a question of people I say are morons while claiming I have a great coach who knows everything.

Please ignore this advice.
The most important thing is using a prostock racquet.

Also, you need to be pro-nation on your serve. That means wearing red, white and blue colors and enlisting in the military. And fighting to overturn the ruling on Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission 558 U.S. 310.

I use a pure drive. Andy Roddick is my favorite player but that didn't influence me one bit. I demoed every racquet and it was the best fit for my game.

In that case, instead of fantasizing about Brooklyn Decker, do something more product. String your racket on a Brooklyn porch deck.

I can beat anybody on any given day, I don't play competitive tennis but have read the NTRP description and am about a 5.5.

J

I'm not sure what part of the country you read that description in. But, when people read that over where I live, it would only be 2.5 tops.

Great, more internet buzzwords. If you knew anything about tennis you would know all forehands are the same.

J

Not really. The term ATP style forehand implies a specific technique that most of the best ATP players use, but that, virtually none of the WTA side players use. The only exception I've seen on the WTA is Rybarikova who is in the Wimbledon Semis now if you want to check it out.

Blah blah blah, turn sideways, take your racquet back and swing low to high, driving through four balls. All this other open stance mumbo jumbo is just covering up for sloppy footwork.

I'm not here to engage in some internet toughguy contest with you, I started playing three years ago at age 28 and I won't quit until I achieve my goal of playing in the US Open.

J

Me either. Your goal is very ambitious, and, I would humbly suggest that the chances are of you achieving it will be enhanced if you master the modern, ATP style forehand. Just a thought.

Not if he has to face Federer's new and improved topspin backhand with which he swats kick serves like flies.

I'm not at Federer's level yet. I lost to our local pusher in two tough sets last week. He is 60 years old and regularly beats 5.0+ players. Once I beat him I will be ready for ATP qualifying.

I am a beginner asking a simple question which I think I already know the answer to and if you don't tell me what I want to hear I will argue with you regardless of if you are better or more knowledgeable than I am.

I think I missed the point of this whole thread actually.

Yes, you will go from a 3.0 to a 4.5 in a year.

Good job.
Yeah you!
