After 20 years of playing tennis I unfortuntley had to stop playing due to tennis elbow. This was about 5 years ago and I am really starting to miss it, especially as my young daughter is showing signs of wanting to play.
I am thinking of getting back into it and am after any tips to help limit any damage/pain to my elbow?
The racquet I was using at the time I stopped playing was a Yonnex Rdis 100. I am wondering how this compares to more modern racquets? Should I be looking to update?
To begin with I will only be looking to play once a week and most likely doubles as I do not want to over do it.
Thank you for any help you can offer
