Alright, dream run completed in Lyon. Time to talk gear already. It's not his height and talent producing those aces, what is the setup? Latest PD with rpm blast probaly? around 25 kg?

I dont see the red inner grommets that the 98 has so I am guessing 100.
Still using the Pure Drive VS paintjob with RPM Blast mains and gut in the crosses, maybe Babolat will give him the new paintjob with the stencil. Apparently Babolat is actually ahead of time if Pericard start the PD98 band wagon as Alcaraz and Rune did to the PA98

I looked at pictures from Lyon and it really doesn’t look to me like the Drive VS paint job… are you sure? what am I missing

Edit: I assume this is relevant because it means he’s been using a regular PD this whole time

Looks like a old gen 2021 22 ish PD painted as the new one. Even using the 1st batch cut away bumper guard.

Might be the smurf 2018, he was using it prior, also used pure aero, strike etc

My guess is 2018 version based on Bumper guard and what @SinneGOAT noticed on bottom cross and cortex.

Will be interesting to know what tension he uses as his OHBH is usually just a wrist flick or short bunt.
His FH also has a very compact trajectory considering the drunken cobra pose at the start of his swing.
He wrists the serve like with similar whip action to his long retired countryman Leconte.

This is Artengo's Change before Le Monf leaves to start his long overdue busking career.
I do wonder how this kid could play with a PAVS 98 or at least an extra cross string on his PD,
as 16x20 just feels better for OHBH. Love to seem him do well at Wimby, AO and USO.
He is the most humble of young dudes out there a really nice breath of fresh air.
