we know brotherThe energy I’ll give Medvedev:

Unfortunately he did change it already, he significantly lowered his toss after the USO like Zverev did, but it only gave him a few more aces, hasn’t improved overall.Medvedevs issue is his serve.
He seems to still be in matches from the baseline as he was breaking Learner easily (seemed like 2x per set). His issue is his serve has declined significantly. It was noticeable in 2022 and just has dipped since.
He also just parted ways with Giles Simon.
I didn’t notice honestly.Unfortunately he did change it already, he significantly lowered his toss after the USO like Zverev did, but it only gave him a few more aces, hasn’t improved overall.
I’ll try to make this my last doomer post on him though and shut up now, lol.
I wish I could blame it on that, but he didn’t play terribly. Just couldn’t hit through anything and was dominated from the baseline. Is what it is.I didn’t notice honestly.
His serve was getting attacked at AO. Maybe bc of lack of tennis due to a new born daughter being born? He did say he was more for family time during the holidays and arrived to austrailia maybe 5-6 days before opening round of the grand slam while others had been there for 2.5 weeks playing.
It's been since Rome 2023 that Medvedev has not won a title,
Since then, he has lost multiple slam finals, and several other events.
Share some of your energy with the Mad Lad so he can at least taste victory one more time, at any event again.

I like Medvedev but it’s a tragedy that he has a Rome title but not Federer![]()
Mantilla has a high peakFed's fault. Fancy losing to Mantilla (in straights too)!![]()
Meddy must have liked your thread. But instead of turning to us, he is asking the umpire. Not unexpectedly, he gets no quarter from him.

Mantilla has a high peak
His problem is more on serve. He hasn’t had much issues breaking serve or from the baseline. He needs to up the ante on his groundstrokes. Balls are heavier & slower than what they were back in 2019-20 and hence he's lost the zip on his groundstrokes which was purely technique driven, not through raw power.
How he has even one fan remaining is beyond me.Meddy must have liked your thread. But instead of turning to us, he is asking the umpire. Not unexpectedly, he gets no quarter from him.

Horrific, despicable, unsporting, angry behavior.
A pox to the game. A cancer.
Am I the only one that thinks he should be defaulted for that. Or a severe fineMeddy must have liked your thread. But instead of turning to us, he is asking the umpire. Not unexpectedly, he gets no quarter from him.

If someone was talking to me like that I think I’d eventually snap. Or if I was wawrinka I’d walk over and get involved. Horrid behaviour
WtfLost to another ITF player lmao
I still think something happened after the Nadal loss at AO22. On his way to win his 2nd slam in a row, then everything collapsed, and he couldnt get past R4 in a slam for over a year. He also became a choker after that loss.
Shapo? Really?Med, TPas and Shapo all had their careers permanently altered by a late-stage Slam loss against Nadal or Djokovic, where they either had a huge lead or all the momentum, and squandered it.
Shapo? Really?
I mean Med atleast got one slam to retire under.
Stefanos probably will not get one.
Zverev: we’ll see. He seems to come up short mentally. Losing to Thiem was his best chance
Yeah but that’s like an anomaly result for him. He’s never been consistent.Yeah. Shapo was AO22 as well. R16 or QF maybe? Rafa won the first two, Shapo the 3rd and 4th. Had all the momentum and then pooped his pants
