Hi Brittany,projectone7,
We did have these shoes. Unfortunately, it was an extremely, extremely limited size run and we ran through them really quickly.
Thanks,
Brittany, TW
Don't see the appeal of this shoe. It looks like an ugly Christmas sweater. I bet it was inspired by the Christmas Vacation movie, too, hahahahhaha
These are the GOAT Nike shoes. The Nike Supreme Court shoes from the early 90s. I swear they stopped making them because they lasted too long - hindering sales of more shoes. No shoe I've had since has been as durable.

I think that they were intended to commemorate the Miami Open. The product name was something like "Miami Sunset".That is a good looking shoe. I wonder why they would only produce a limited run? It's not like they commemorate anything.
These are the Resistance 1s (pic of the 2nd version below). I'm sure the site which I just saw which has them both has them mixed up date-wise. I bought some on an overseas trip in 93/94... not 95 when they say they came out. Those are Nike Air Resistance 2s actually. The Nike Supreme Courts are very different. I believe Courier wore both at some point..or at least he wore the Supreme Courts first and the Air Resistance 1s.

The Supremes he wore first at the Aussie Open - the first ones with the velcro strap over the laces - were very cool. Then he wore a second version which wasn't as cool, and then to the Air Resistance. I do recall the name changing but they were still marketed along with the Courier range - the box had that diamond 'SC' logo on it if I recall correctly. After that they ended the SC range and that was about the time the Sampras tennis court logo range appeared.
