Hey everyone, I am currently a div. iii college player and I had some issues with golfer's elbow in the later stages of my junior career (my junior/senior yr. of high school). Recently, my golfer's elbow has resurfaced and I was wondering if any of you have experience dealing with or coming back from golfer's elbow. I don't want this to be a persistent problem in my playing career and I want to take care of it now. I found this article with some good suggestions: http://www.coreperformance.com/knowledge/injury-pain/golfers-elbow.html Some things that stand out: -Play with larger grip size -Play with more flexible racket What do you guys think about this? I am playing with a Wilson BLX Six.One 95 16x18, which according to TW has a 66 stiffness rating. Maybe time to switch to a more flexible stick? Thanks everyone!
