According to the Mayo clinic website, one of the causes of golfer's elbow is excessive topspin (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/golfers-elbow/DS00713/DSECTION=causes)
I have had TE and GE for over a year. It is improving..
When I hit my forehand with heavy topspin using the semi-western grip, i notice my GE flaring up. If i just block the ball (hitting flat), i don't notice as much pain.
Question:
Has any of you experience the same thing? What is the correct technique of hitting a heavy topspin, maximum wrist action, lock wrist, etc?
thanks in advance...
