Wanted to give everyone an update on my golfer's elbow which is now finally gone. I read a lot of comments regarding how to get rid of tennis elbow and golfers elbow, but this is what I did to get rid of it. 1) I ordered the Terra Flex green 15 pound bar and did the prescribed exercises for golfers elbow. 2) Started lifting weights right away (Note would not recommend this to everyone) All weight lifting exercises were strictly free weights only. 3) Went back up to a 4 3/8 grip size from a 4 1/4 ( Smaller grip size is what gave me golfers elbow in the first place so if you have GE try a larger grip size) 4) Never iced my elbow down........just too lazy was the real reason. 5) Still played tennis, but was averaging play only on the weekend. After two months of GE I am finally healed. Thank God because my first tournament of 2010 is this coming weekend for me.
