A few things I notice about the pain in my arm when I play:
-pain is on the inside of the elbow as opposed to traditional tennis elbow which is on the outside.
-the pain is irritated on serves. groundstrokes and volleys are virtually pain free.
-when i apply pressure to the spot of pain, it is on the inside tendon of where blood is usually drawn from. my pain is mostly in the white part of the picture below
Do all the same rules of treatment for tennis elbow apply to golfer's elbow too?
