Good Unit Turn VIDEO and Pat The Dog position and Out In Front Contact point.

I saw this video of this tennis player, and i could see good unit turn and pat the dog position and out in front contact point. Also good knee bend and great racket head speed.
One question i have is that i also see a slight pause of the racket at the unit turn, before the racket drops to the pat the dog position, exactly when the strings are facing the side fence. Is this good to have or is a continuous motion better ?

The pause is minimal. Looks like a good forehand. Just felt that at the time of contact his hitting arm was a bit straight and so is Federer's and Nadal's so I am going to excuse him for that.

Is that a bad thing?

In my own case I feel it's a bad thing because I overstretch some arm muscle when I do that. Now I have to remember to bend a little.

I prefer the pause for my own FH. I picked up the habit when studying Agassi's FH motion years ago. If you have impeccable timing, you can do the whole loop continuously -- w/o the pause at all. However if your timing is not spot on, you run the risk of being late or rushed to make contact. The pause at the top makes the timing easier.
