Good visual training aid for 3.5-4.0 players?

Hi!

I've been watching a lot of US Open games lately, and I think they actually have hurt my own game.
I think the reason is that the visual images of the movements and head speeds of the pro players, which are unimitably for a recreational player of my caliber, are stuck in my head and disrupt my game, which, of course, should be played at a more slow, steady, sustainable tempo.
(BTW, I'm in my late 30s and 3.5.)
As matter of fact, watching the women's game, if anything, is more helpful than watching the men's game, because the slower tempo, which is still beyond my abilities, is a more realisitic visual aid.

In this regard, I was wondering if there are videos or the Tennis Channel programs that are appropriate visual aid for 3.5-4.0 players.

actually, watching a pro play is a great way to refine your game. I always concentrate on watching their footwork, as it's one of the most important things in tennis, and that's what makes the difference between a 3.5 and a 4.0. although some pros should not be imitated, like Nadal, federer's form is amasing, although hes a big lackadaisical now.

*edit* also, the main thing about watching a pro is that the things that they do are more defined. pay close attention to replays, as you will always see Federer or any pro going into a split step, going into good foot position, and good hip and shoulder rotation. you have to take your whole body into the stroke.

on youtube, there's a slow mo video of federer hitting several groundstrokes *type roger federer slow motion and click on the like 4 minute video* also on tennis channel they have these 1 minute quick fixes that help a bit! otherwise just search the net for good things and watch pro matches, that's all i can say

WTA games are nice. I agree.

There are more than thousands vids out ...
Go through them all? I am too old for that... life is too short ....

I know when our pro is hitting with us at cardio, It helps. The players can be from 3.0 to 4.0 and he, of course, adjusts his game for the lower ranked players. Wow, the placement is remarkable and it's always the right speed.

It helps me to slow down and hit with a more comfortable pace.
