It's finally time to use my final few original pre-nerfed Gamma Supreme's.
I will forever miss you Gamma Supreme, we were together for years and now I'm cheating on you...

Hello, Supergrap....

Also, I find it interesting how the yellow supergrap feels a lot less rubbery than the white supergrap. It almost has a head pro overgrip feel to it.

Heard that gamma changed something in the grip that doesn't compare with the old version. Never tried other colors from yobx. I tried white and black. The black one dries out too fast. The white one is good, but I have that habit if taking it out when I gets dirty

Gamma's new RZR Tac grip is the old Gamma Supreme if you're interested. They "officially" say that Supreme hasn't changed at all, but when I can get blindfolded and be handed three racquets each wrapped with old Supreme, new Supreme, and new RZR Tac and I can pick out old Supreme and new RZR Tac as being the same, it's pretty much a no brainer. Yes, the new RZR Tac still has the heat stamped Gamma logo on it, but the feel is what the old Supreme was. That's all I care about. Now I just have to find it in a 30 pack.

Waiting for the 30 pack to come out, Supergrap is my life support for tacky grips for now.

They added an logo that you can FEEL in your hands.

It is less durable and less tacky and I think ever so slightly thinner, it is worse.

Ya, honestly, the biggest issue for me the tack is gone from it and it's way mushier feeling. It's too "soft". RZR Tac is where it's at guys. Logo an all, it doesn't bother me... once that old feel is back, you forget about the logo being there. Trust me... I know when something doesn't feel right in my hand. :p

Also, according to Gamma inside sales, the 15/30 packs are available from them. The resellers like TW just haven't started to carry them yet for some reason. I bet they will when they realize they can't sell the new Supreme sh** grip. lol

I'm amazed at Yonex's bone-headed omission of "Deep Blue" in the bulk 30-pack. I mean, they offer the red and yellow OGs as 30-packs, but they're a much less common sight on courts than the Deep Blue. When was the last time you saw red or yellow OGs on a pro's racket? The red isn't even red - it's a vibrant pink colour.

I haven't seen that awful bubblegum pink/red in a while on my courts. :)

Also, I wish they made the orange or green available in the yonex 30 pack line.

Is this a Supergrap grip?

Found a 15-grip roll, but no packaging or grip tape to identify it. It's been in the back of my closet for a couple of years. Started using it and really like it, but not sure what brand it is. It's not too tacky, but it doesn't seem to slip, even when it starts to abrade.

It's black, not tapered on one end, and tapered on the other, with it having adhesive.

Does this sound like Supergrap? Need to order some more!

TIA

I like the new Supreme in Black. It has excellent tack that is lasting well. It is thinner than RZR Tac though. I never tried the original Supreme in black, but the new black one is lasting a lot longer than the new white did. My favorite was the original in white.

I have tried the supergrap and it feels just a bit more tacky than the Wilson Pro. I don't like either of those as well as the Gamma Supreme. The supreme is just more tacky and the tack stays better for a couple sets. I usually only get about 2-4 sets out of an overgrip so longevity isn't that important to me but how it feels when new.
