    Hi ,

I came across this awhile back at the local hypermart . Pretty expensive but commensurately durable for the price. What's so nice ( apart from the nice tackiness / feel ) about this is that BOTH ends are equally cut / tapered off . Additionally , there are protective films on BOTH the front and back of the overgrip .

Does anyone know why ??? I have been using the entry level Prince over grips which cost half the price ..... but commensurately last half the time !!!! :)

If TW can confirm if the SPECS are the same ..... then I will go ahead and order a few reels .

The literal translation of the front of the package is not so clear. What else is new? Aside from saying that the package contains 1 extra over grip, it reads "long - both sides". Even though it does not say "reversible", based on the verbiage on the package, dual taper and film on both sides I believe that's what is differentiates this from Gosen's other over grips.

The back of the package only refers to "super grip", its absorbent qualities, notice that color may change due to sweating. The funny thing is it says to replace the over grip when it becomes slippery -- nothing about flipping it over. But that could be due to using standard instruction verbiage.

So, my best guess it is long lasting and reversible based on your description of the product and the what the packaging both says and implies.

Thanks Chotobaka .. here is what I learnt about overgrips ... the handle facing side of the overgrip has to have just as much traction .

I have already tried using one side of this grip without taking off the film from the other side . Doesn't work ! Anyway , the overgrip gets stretched up pretty badly after the first use.

But all in all this a pretty decent tacky overgrip. Just wondering if the ones from TW are the same .
