Gravity Pro 2019 vs 2021

I'm interested in switching the gravity pro. I've heard some say that the 2021 update was just a cosmetic change. Has anyone tested both pro models from 2019/2021? Were there any subtle differences?

Well, officially this is just a paint update. One of my friends who is a tennis coach says that both Tour, MP and Pro in 19/21 are all different. I've read comments on this forum with so different weight and SW of same model that I can't even imagine how this could happen. So nobody knows.

Frame/layup is the same. Just a paint change. Getting frames from different batches that spec out with significantly different mass, balance, and swingweight would cause them to feel different. I've had one set of gravity pros come in around 335-337 range on sw and another at 325ish. They feel entirely different just because of how much swingweight they have/don't have.

as already suggested, the QC between the two versions is an issue.
Swingweight wise, both of my 2019 GPros are almost at 340SW strung, with fullbed of Syn Gut (it'd be most likely to be higher if fullbed of poly at the same gauge).
with the GPros, it pays to spend a little more to pre-check the spec if the retailer/seller offers the option.

The 2021 version are stiffer by 4-7 RA depending.... Multiple Tennis Warehouse MRT readings have proven this to be true and multiple people have played both racquets and commented extensively. It hasnt changed how much people love the racquet. Just a 2019 user blindly updating to 2021 after selling the 2019 frames might be in for a surprise. Personally it is nice to have a 20mm 100 sq 67RA 18x20 frame that can be strung down low with a thin poly for fabulous spin (huge spin window) yet defend and plow through anything and everything.

2019 INFO (Averages Measured by TW) was 62 RA - link here

2021 ACTUAL matching service from a purchaser "nov"averages our to 66.5 RA

There is their matching service with 6 racquets specs for Pro (2021):

Yes but in the 2019 link they appear to be measuring the strung RA whereas the 2021 measurement is unstrung.

My 2019 Tour is 61 RA unstrung. I had 2019 Pro also. Didnt know exactly RA specs but felt much softer. But if your arm isnt sensitive, i suggest dont worry about stiffer frame. My 2021 Pro played better than 2019.

Thank goodness I ordered the 2019 model then lol I would much prefer a more flexible frame
Recently got my hands on 2019 Gravity Pro uncustomized, strung with Gut/RPM Blast at 24/23. Not fresh.
After switching back to my Ultra Tour strung full poly at 21/20 ... UT feels way flexier, even though it reads ~ same RA - and it's not the strings things, as far as I may say.

I'm going to weight GP up to UT specs (handle weight mostly, but some +SW as well) and see how it plays with same stringjob.
