Great Nadal Video!!!

One of the local pro's came back from The Netherlands with some great footage of Nadal warming up with Robredo. The video was taken only about 10 feet from behind Nadal. He edited it a bit to show some of the junior players at the club.

it means not to warm up by standing at the service line and playing the service box as in(i know horrible explanation but hopefully you get what i mean) i used to do this all the time until i got sick of it. now i start from the baseline and do exactly what that video says

Good shots. You should try and get the long video without the edits, as well.

The reason it looks so easy janipy is because he is loose and has the habit of swinging that way. If he were to have a bad habit of swinging it would look more of a forcing movement rather than a loose and controlled one. This is what we practice for hours and hours. :lol:

And this video shows the difference between a 6.0 and a pro-most 6.0's are able to have a training rally at that pace for some time, but they wouldn't be so confident, loose, repetitive and relaxed.
