Agassi for the fact alone that he did it under polarised conditions. His draws also weren’t bad, apart from the 94 USO maybe which however was at least decent.

Those Djokovic's titles were the definition of epic. Bull's ones weren't that bad either.

I'd say

Djokovic > Nadal > Federer = Agassi

Agassi. And I think it's not even a debate.

Djokovic has on his side that he won them in a row. But if we are talking about "CAREER slam", it's his, for sure. Not only he did it in a very polarized era, he beat multiple champions on his "weakest" surfaces (like Moya and Courier at Roland Garros and Becker and Ivanisevic at Wimbledon).

Wake me up when Djokovic Nadal or Federer changed their playing style even ONE IOTA to win their Homogenization Opens. Yeah it really moves me when Rafa’s topspin leaps off the slow “grass” like it’s a TRAMPOLINE or when Djokovic can slide like a contortionist to avoid approaching the net even once. And don’t get me started on Fed’s “RG” where he almost lost to wheelchair Haas who was hooked up to an EKG…

Meanwhile Andre beat grass court LEGENDS in Goran and Becker, on lightning FAST grass. Imagine Roddick, Anderson, Berdych, or RaoMUG on the 90s grass, they wouldn’t even be able to SEE Goran’s 50 aces raining down on them, let alone return it. And that was legitimately his 2nd time playing on grass ever…

If we want to save TTW the only way is an AGE restriction… only a group of 12 year olds (slow ones at that, not the gifted program) would disrespect Andre like this and pick the Pusher Opens the Big3 won.

This is actually true. I voted Nadal b/he had a harder time since he beat both prime Fed and Novak to win every one of his.

On this note, I don’t think Borg’s 3 channel slams in a row (with 2 of those being followed immediately by unbeaten HC streaks all the way up to US Open finals) get ANYTHING LIKE enough credit anywhere in tennis. To me they are at minimum as impressive - if not far more so - than Laver’s DCGS, the Nole Slam, Nadal’s young OCGS, or any other recent stuff anyone cares to mention.

Man went from hanging around the back of the court making basically no UEs in long rallies to volleying off every serve without so much as a raised eyebrow and did both better than everyone else multiple years in a row

8.5/10

Agassi's career slam in '99 was the greatest feat in tennis history due to the conditions. Greater than any of Nadal, Fed, Djoker's career slam and better than Laver's CYGS on 2 surfaces

To me personally - Nadal -> Djokovic -> Federer -> Agassi
...Big-3 had it way tougher having to go through one another to achieve their feats...Agassi was lucky not to have someone of big-3 caliber and just AS consistent at that...
Yeah, current court homogenization cancelled out by Big 3’s Greatness. The A Train (AA) himself admitted he would’ve wanted no part in them from an athletic perspective.

“Andre beat grass court LEGENDS in Goran”

Goran had no backhand, ability to rally, and poor results off grass iirc—“legend” is hyperbolic at best. Besides, Andre’s ROS is #2 all time behind Joker, so those flat (Goran had little variety on serve—likely bc he didn’t need any) lefty bombs were redirected by elite returners as long as they didn’t fly past you lol.

Nadal won W, AO, USO beating the strongest player on that surface at that time and at FO he himself is the strongest.

Agassi won USO and W without beating the strongest player Sampras of his era, he won French without beating Kuerten/Bruguera/Muster who were best of his era, so that leaves only AO where he himself is the best.

Federer himself was the best at AO, USO and W, so that leaves FO where he won with luck.
Novak himself is the best at AO, W in his 2010s decade and even if we assume Nadal is the best at USO, Novak beat him. He won the french avoiding Rafa but he won in 2021 beating Rafa. So I guess that counts.

So the order should be ..... Nadal > Novak > Federer > Agassi, but considering the polarized conditions we can maybe move Agassi ahead of Fed.

So that makes Nadal's CGS the best and Fed's the worst.

Agassi best one, by a mile. Nadal slightly ahead of Djokovic, and Fed rightfully last. His RG run was really weak. Nadal undeservedly close to Andre IMO

Agassi’s Wimbledon 92 run really is nuts. I think he deserves the most credit for getting his in the era of real surface disparity.
Imo Nadal not getting enough love here for beating prime grass GOAT and prime HC ATGs for his non clay ones too

Yeah pretty much why he just edges out Agassi imo. Both were incredible though...
